Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sanmorse.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@sanmorse.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
